We believe one of the best ways for people to become a disciple is in the context of community. Maybe you’ve never thought of yourself as a leader or don’t know where to start. We are all called to lead somehow, and the best place to start is where you are! It’s time to step out and help others grow in their faith. Groups come in many varieties from casual meals and conversations about the Sunday sermon to curriculum-based studies, or shared interests like crafting or pickleball.
We want to ensure you are well equipped with vision and carry the culture of Faith Church. The first step is attending Growth Track, where you'll hear more about Faith Church and have the opportunity to become a Faith Church partner.
Download the Group Leader Guide and make note of any questions. This will establish a good foundation for setting up your group.
Make a list of 5 people you could invite to your group. Then, determine the type of group, day, frequency, time and location of your group meetings.
Submit a group application form. We’ll contact you within a week to chat about your group and get off to a good start!
Once your group is approved, it’s time to launch!
Pray, asking God to bring people to mind that you could invite to your group. Start communicating with them and get excited!
Make sure you read through the leader guide (see step one) before your first meeting!
